Job Title: UI/UX Designer (Fresher – 0 to 1 Year Experience)

About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our growing team. As a fresher, you’ll be involved in designing intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications under the guidance of senior designers.
Responsibilities:
Assist in creating wireframes, prototypes, and mockups based on project requirements.
Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand user needs and deliver effective designs.
Apply basic design principles and ensure consistency across all platforms.
Conduct basic user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing.
Iterate designs based on feedback from users and internal teams.
Help maintain and improve our design systems and visual assets.
Requirements:
0–1 year of experience in UI/UX design (internships/freelance projects acceptable).
Basic knowledge of design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
Understanding of user-centered design principles.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
A portfolio (even with academic or personal projects) demonstrating design thinking and creativity.
Nice to Have (Optional):
Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS.
Knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first principles.
Experience using design systems or creating component libraries.
