Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and creative UI/UX Designer to join our product team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that align with the needs of healthcare professionals. You will play a key role in shaping user experience across our web and mobile applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
Design UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for mobile and web applications.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to enhance the user experience.
Ensure the design is consistent with Docterz’s brand guidelines and visual language.
Continuously iterate and improve existing features based on user data and feedback.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
Requirements:
2–5 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions for web and mobile platforms.
Understanding of basic front-end languages: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (a plus).
Excellent communication skills and ability to clearly present design ideas.
Experience designing in agile product environments is a plus.
Knowledge of design systems and accessibility best practices.
