About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and self-driven Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team. This role involves leading design projects, collaborating with international clients, and delivering user-centric digital experiences. You’ll work across teams to translate complex ideas into intuitive designs.
Key Responsibilities
Design Ownership: Lead UI/UX projects from concept to delivery with minimal supervision.
Client Communication: Communicate effectively with international clients; build strong relationships.
Project Management: Manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and follow a structured design process.
Collaboration & Innovation: Contribute to internal projects, bring fresh ideas, and support process improvements.
Mentorship: Guide junior designers and help build a strong design culture.
Marketing Support: Contribute to case studies, blogs, and webinars.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated with design trends and tools.
Qualifications & Skills
Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, Photoshop, Illustrator
Knowledge of responsive and accessible design principles
Strong problem-solving skills and user-first approach
Experience with Agile is a plus
Location Requirement: Must be able to commute or relocate to Ahmedabad
