• Translate user research findings and wireframes into high-fidelity designs.
• Motion Graphics & Interaction Design:
• Create motion graphics and interactive elements to enhance user engagement.
• Design animations, transitions, and micro-interactions that align with brand guidelines.
• Team Leadership:
• Mentor and guide a team of designers and developers, fostering creativity and innovation.
• Assign tasks, review team deliverables, and ensure timely project completion.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, developers, and stakeholders.
• Design Tools & Best Practices:
• Proficiently use tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and After Effects.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Adhere to and promote best practices in UI/UX design and development.
• Project Collaboration:
• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing creative solutions to complex problems.
• Present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders for feedback.
Required Skills:
• Strong experience with UI/UX design principles and frameworks.
• Expertise in motion graphics tools like Adobe After Effects, Lottie, or similar.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for implementing front-end designs.
• Ability to manage and mentor a team, fostering collaboration and creativity.
• Knowledge of design systems, wireframing tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD), and prototyping.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design methodologies and accessibility standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with 3D design tools or animation is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaboration tools like Jira and Confluence.
