Are you passionate about making digital experiences easy to use and visually appealing? We're seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join our team and create user-centered designs that enhance the way people interact with our products. As a UX/UI Designer, you'll be responsible for crafting interfaces that are intuitive, efficient, and enjoyable for our users.
Responsibilities:
Plan and conduct user research and competitor analysis to understand user needs, behaviors, and preferences.
Create wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualize design concepts.
Create detailed functional scope in relation to designs being created to guide development efforts.
Create user stories, personas and storyboards.
Determine information architecture and create sitemaps.
Consistently trying to reduce the number of clicks per user on the Company’s many software platforms.
Consistently trying to improve the functionality of the Company’s products and services.
Ensure that code quality remains at a ninety-nine per cent (99%) accuracy rate.
Be a part of the User Acceptance Testing process as a lead for design conformance and functionality workflow
Ensure that the error rate per test does not exceed five per cent (5%).
Develop user flows and organize content for logical navigation.
Design visually appealing interfaces, including icons, buttons, and typography.
Define how animations and interactions enhance the user experience.
Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback for iterative design improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers and developers.
Ensure responsive and accessible design across various devices.
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging design tools.
Skills:
Empathetic understanding of user needs.
Proficiency in visual design and layout.
Familiarity with design tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma.
Knowledge of user research techniques.
Understanding of interaction design principles.
Creative problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
HTML, CSS, HubSpot and JavaScript knowledge a plus.
Adaptability to changing project requirements.
Attention to detail.
Can work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Creation of functional scope from designs is a must.
