As a UI/UX Designer, you will support the product & growth teams. You are required to research & generate design ideas, feature implementations & marketing brochures. Your role will involve finding new features for the app & getting them implemented in our app. You will use Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc. to
What you’ll do:
Creating user-centric mobile and web application designs by understanding requirements: User flows, wireframes, prototypes and mockups in FigmaPerform user feedback by talking to customers and potential stakeholdersTranslating requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns and attractive user interfaces, designing UI elements such as input controls, navigational components and informational componentsCreating graphic designs (e.g. illustrations, images, sketches and tables)Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)Collaborating effectively with product, engineering, and management teamsIncorporating customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into design in order to enhance user experienceDesigning website, brochures, social media posts, PPTs, etc. to promote the mobile & web application
What you'll bring:
You have a degree/diploma in Design, Fine Arts, Engineering or related field and have done an online course in UI/UX design1+ prior experience as a UI/UX Designer, having worked on mobile & web application designYou are proficient in Figma, Canva, Google Slides, Illustrator and PhotoshopYou are proficient in graphic design to create brochures, website materialYou pay strong attention to detail and have a keen eye for aestheticsYou have excellent communication skills and can clearly articulate your ideas, designs, and suggestionsYou are collaborative to discuss and meet customers to understand their product requirementsAmbition because you recognize that every day is an opportunity to become a little bit betterCoachability with a desire to learn and grow from feedbackA team-centric attitude with a desire to collaborate, support, and share learnings with peersAdaptability and ability to think outside the box when addressing potential obstacles
