Job Description: UI/UX Designer (0-2 years of experience)
We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic UI/UX Designer to join our design team. As a UI/UX Designer with 0-2 years of experience, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and user-friendly interfaces for our digital products. Your primary focus will be on understanding user needs, conceptualizing design solutions, and turning them into intuitive and engaging user experiences. Responsibilities:
Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand user requirements and project goals.

Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across digital products.

Collaborate with developers to ensure the feasibility and implementation of design concepts.
Advocate for a user-centric approach in the development process, considering user needs and usability throughout.
Assist in conducting usability testing and user interviews to gain valuable feedback for design improvements.
Work closely with the design team to brainstorm ideas and contribute to design discussions.
