Job Description
We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to turn our software into easy-to-use products for our clients.
UI/UX Designer responsibilities include gathering user requirements, designing graphic elements, and building navigation components. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with design software and wireframe tools. If you also have a portfolio of professional design projects that includes work with web/mobile applications, we’d like to meet you.
Responsibilities:
4+ years experience with a track record of designing exceptional experiences for web and mobile applications.
Passion for the field of User Experience. Self-motivated and enthusiastic, yet seeks guidance and input to elevate their craft.
Experience facilitating activities to gather insights on user needs and goals and conducting usability testing.
Demonstrated ability to create simple, innovative solutions for complex problems.
Strong visual and information design skills.
Experience in designing for accessibility standards and is an advocate who has tested for accessibility on designs and has worked with developers/engineering team on the design specs and best practices.
Expert in Figma, wire-framing, and prototyping tools.
Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills; ability to work successfully with teams across the organization, including Product Management and Engineering.
Ability to articulate design decisions and advocate for users.
Experience designing products in the automation and workflow space a plus.
Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS to help engage in design conversations with developers.
Required Skills:

Thorough understanding of web design and site structures.
Experience with design tools ( Sketch, InVision, Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, etc.)
Comfortable working in a dynamic, team based environment.

Work with broad concepts and ideas and turn them into delightful and highly usable interfaces.
Should be updated with all latest trends of designs.
