Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and creative UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. As a fresher UI/UX Designer, you will work under the guidance of senior designers to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications. You will have the opportunity to learn and grow while contributing to the design process and ensuring high-quality outcomes.
Experience Required: 6Months- 2Years
Location: Mumbai | Hybrid
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in creating user-friendly, responsive, and aesthetically pleasing interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
Collaborate with the development team to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
Conduct user research, including user interviews and usability testing, to gather insights and enhance design decisions.
Assist in wireframing, prototyping, and creating design mockups using design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
Ensure consistency across design elements and align with the brand's identity.
Work closely with senior designers to refine design concepts and deliverables.
Take feedback constructively and iterate designs based on testing and review.
Video Editing skills required mainly for Social Media
Must have their own laptop to work
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent).
Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and design processes.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web design principles is a plus.
Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.
Problem-solving mindset with a focus on user-centric design.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality designs.
