Job Description - UI/UX Designer
This is a full-time on-site User Interface Designer role at Beeyond Tech in Mumbai. The User Interface Designer will be responsible for creating visual designs, mockups, front-end development, and optimizing user experience (UX) through intuitive interface design. The role will also include designing and optimizing admin dashboards, ensuring they are user-friendly and efficient for backend management. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional digital solutions that enhance both user and admin experiences.
1. Collaborate with our design team to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces
2. Assist in the development and implementation of user experience strategies
3. Design and prototype product features using Figma and Framer
4. Conduct user research and testing to gather feedback and make data-driven design decisions
5. Work closely with developers to ensure the seamless integration of design elements
6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design
7. Take ownership of your projects and contribute creative solutions to enhance our products
8. Translating Figma designs into high-fidelity prototypes in Framer
+. Analyzing feedback and user data to inform design improvements
10. Staying updated on UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices
Qualifications
Visual Design and User Interface (UI) Design skills
Experience in creating mockups for web applications
Proficiency in Front-End Development for web design implementation
Knowledge of User Experience (UX) principles and best practices
Strong portfolio demonstrating successful UI/UX designs
Ability to collaborate effectively with team members
Experience with usability testing and user research methodologies
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
