Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Create and maintain the design system and design documentation. Must adhere to the design system and branding guidelines.
• Be meticulous in alignment when designing so that there is minimal re-work.
• Create responsive designs for websites and mobile.
• Be focused on the user and address core issues and user goals within the design.
• Continuously focus on providing an accessible user experience in your designs.
• Conduct user experience research and analyze results Present findings to leadership and modify designs based on user feedback.
• Partner closely with technical/non-technical team members to help explain and implement sound user logic flow and features.
• Communicate clearly at the start of the day as to what tasks needs to be done and update at the end of day what has been completed. Any challenges should be raised immediately.
• Be creative and a self-starter. Come up with suggestions on how to design a concept better or how to think about a concept differently.
• Ensure designs are original. Do not look extensively at Behance/Dribbble for ideas.
• Complete tasks per the deadline. If there are any possible delays, communicate.
Core Requirements:
• 1 + year Experience with multiple design tools (e.g. Adobe , Sketch etc). Deep experience with Figma is required
• Experience designing for websites is required.
• Experience using components, auto-layout, and utilization of grids for alignment.
• Strong experience developing wireframes, UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how web and mobile app (both Android and iOS) functions look like
• Eye for detail - Have outstanding layout design, composition, and color theory skills
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
• Adaptable to changes in design requirements
• Able to understand and document design requirements
• Able to provide suggestions and recommendations for designs
• Ability to clearly articulate design concepts/ideas and user logic flow to team members.
• Exhibit passion and continuously keep up to date on emerging technologies, new interaction models, product design, and excellence in visual design

• Able to work cross functionally and work both individually and in a team
• Experience working under Agile environment
• Excellent time management and communication skills
• Extremely creative, independent, and have strong critical thinking skills
• Work well under strict deadlines
• Design portfolio of original work demonstrating a strong understanding of user experience best practices on desktop and mobile devices required
• Fluency in English required
