Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and user-focused UX Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for understanding user needs, designing seamless user experiences, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to create intuitive, accessible, and engaging digital products.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct user research, interviews, and usability tests to gather insights.
Translate research findings into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and user interface designs.
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and UI Designers to ensure seamless design implementation.
Create and maintain design documentation including personas, journey maps, and information architecture.
Analyze and iterate on designs based on user feedback, data analytics, and business objectives.
Ensure designs meet accessibility standards and responsive design best practices.
Stay updated with the latest UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, or a related field.
2-3 years of proven experience as a UX Designer or in a similar role.
Strong portfolio showcasing UX design skills and thought process.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, Axure).
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability heuristics.
Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
