Title: UI/UX Engineer

Location: Remote

Duration: Long-Term

Responsibilities

Gather and analyze user requirements to understand the purpose and goals of the web portal.
Collaborate with designers and stakeholders to conceptualize and create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
Design visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Implement responsive design principles to ensure the web portal is accessible and functional across different devices and screen sizes.
Develop interactive features and components, such as navigation menus, forms, and widgets, to enhance user engagement.
Optimize web portal performance by optimizing code, minimizing loading times, and ensuring compatibility across different browsers.
Conduct user testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve the UI/UX design.
Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance the user experience.
Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate front-end components with server-side logic and APIs.
Troubleshoot and debug UI/UX issues to ensure a seamless user experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of web portal projects within deadlines.
Document design specifications, guidelines, and best practices for future reference.
Qualifications

Experience in Power pages, Human Centric designs
Proven work experience as a UI/UX Web Portal Developer or similar role.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Experience with front-end frameworks/libraries (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and responsive design principles.
Familiarity with UI design tools (e.g., Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma) and prototyping tools (e.g., InVision, MS VISIO) .
Knowledge of usability principles and best practices in UI/UX design.
Strong attention to detail and ability to translate wireframes and mockups into pixel-perfect web interfaces.
Understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
Portfolio of previous UI/UX design projects demonstrating your design and development skills.
