· Experience of from IT Industry only.
· Strong understanding of user interface design principles, web standards, and web development best practices.
· Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with experience in translating designs into clean, responsive, and efficient code.
· Proficiency in front-end development tools, such as preprocessors (Sass, Less), task runners (Gulp, Grunt), and version control (Git, SVN).
· Experience with JavaScript libraries and frameworks (jQuery, React, Vue) and familiarity with their integration into front-end development workflow.
· Knowledge of responsive design and development, including cross-browser compatibility, accessibility, and mobile-first design principles.
· Ability to collaborate with designers, developers, and project managers in an Agile environment, and effectively communicate design and development ideas and requirements.
· Experience with web performance optimization techniques, such as lazy loading, asset modification, and CDN integration.
· Understanding of SEO principles and techniques, and familiarity with integrating SEO best practices into website design and development.
· Familiarity with UX design processes, including wire framing, prototyping, and usability testing, and ability to translate UX design into front-end code.
· Continuous learning and staying up-to-date with the latest web development trends, techniques, and technologies.
