UI/UX Lead

Job description

The role of UI/UX Lead / Product Designer in Jaipur is a full-time position with 5 days working schedule. As a creative and detail-oriented professional, you will be responsible for driving the end-to-end design process, from concept to execution. Your primary focus will be on creating intuitive and impactful user experiences across digital platforms, collaborating closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders.

Your key responsibilities will include UI/UX design and prototyping, where you will design high-fidelity wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc. Additionally, you will convert these designs into clean, responsive web interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.js. Conducting user research, usability testing, and A/B testing to enhance product usability and user engagement will also be part of your role.

You will be expected to build and maintain reusable UI components using React.js for visual and functional consistency, ensure responsive and fast UI performance across various devices and screen sizes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design goals with business objectives. Staying updated with the latest trends in UI/UX, tools, and front-end frameworks to drive continuous design innovation is crucial.

The ideal candidate should have at least 8 years of experience in UI/UX design and front-end development, with a strong portfolio of web and/or mobile projects. Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and React.js are required. Knowledge of responsive and adaptive design principles, user research, usability testing, and data-driven design decisions is essential. Familiarity with design systems and component libraries such as Material UI and Ant Design, along with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, are necessary. Experience in agile environments is a plus.
