UI/UX & Web Design Specialist

You will collaborate with senior designers, product managers, and developers to design visually appealing and functional user interfaces, including designing layouts, components, buttons, and icons for websites and mobile apps.

Main Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating low-fidelity wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and mockups using tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar platforms.\
• Conduct basic user research, such as interviews and surveys, and assist in gathering user feedback to understand user needs and pain points.\
• Participate in usability testing sessions, analyze results, and help make data-driven design decisions to improve the user experience.\
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions align with business goals.\
• Maintain and contribute to design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across digital products.\
• Revise and iterate on designs based on feedback from team members, stakeholders, and users.\
• Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, UI/UX practices, and tools to continually improve design skills and knowledge.\
• Familiarity with agile and collaborative design processes.\
• Experience in designing for both web and mobile platforms.\
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar.\
• Familiarity with design principles such as typography, color theory, and layout.\
• Understanding of user-centered design methodologies and basic user research techniques.\
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving abilities.\
• Good communication and teamwork skills.\
