Tech Mahindra is looking for Sr. UI/UX/Graphic/Visual Designer
Location: NCR, Hyderabad, Chennai, Bangalore, Pune, Mumbai, Kolkata.
Importance of this role:-
The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills and a portfolio of work which demonstrates their passion for illustrative design and typography. This candidate will have experiences in working with numerous different design platforms such as digital and print forms.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets.
• Create compelling and effective logos, presentation, brochure designs, print and digital media designs.
• Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape, and market trends
Required:
• A link to your portfolio/website.
• 5-8 years’ experience in project leadership and design for an agency or in-house creative team
• Experience with the Adobe creative suite, Figma, InVision or any of the popular design tools
• Passion for brand & design.
• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
• Strong communication skills, open to feedback.
• An interest in popular culture, new advertising trends and techniques.

How a day would look like:-

• Actively participate in ideation sessions, vet ideas with fellow designers/developers in terms of feasibility/novelty.
• Execute visually compelling prototypes/renders. Iterate based on feedback
