Job Description : - Design user-centric interface: Create visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces based on business requirements. - Interface Development: Use front-end technologies to implement UI designs and ensure responsiveness and compatibility. - Collaboration and Communication: Effectively work with designers, developers, and stakeholders to align UI/UX goals. - Interface Operations: Monitor interface performance and operations for identification of improvement areas and take necessary actions. - Usability and Accessibility: Identify and modify usability and accessibility issues based on feedback from stakeholders. - Market Benchmarking: Monitor industry trends, learn new tools and contribute towards improving UI/UX process. Requirements : - Proven work experience of 2to 5 years as a UI/UX Designer. - Demonstratable expertise in designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces. - Strong proficiency in using front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Bootstrap. - Good communication and collaboration skills. - A knack for benchmarking market trends and keeping up with the latest design tools and technologies. - A bachelor's degree in design, computer science, or other relevant field
