Shift Timing: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM IST (Monday to Saturday)

Job Overview:

BrightChamps is looking for experienced and driven Retention Specialists to join our UK & AUS Retention Process team. This is a full-time, work-from-home opportunity for candidates with at least 3 years of proven experience in UK Collections, UK Sales, and UK Retention. If you have strong customer service skills, excel at objection handling, and thrive in a target-driven role — we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Connect with existing UK & AUS customers to understand concerns and retain their business.

• Handle cancellation requests and resolve customer objections with effective communication.

• Achieve monthly retention, sales, and recovery targets.

• Maintain accurate customer records and call details.

• Work closely with team leads and internal teams to ensure seamless resolution of customer issues.

• Provide exceptional service while upholding company policies and standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in UK Retention, UK Collections, and UK Sales (mandatory).

• Excellent English communication and persuasion skills.

• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and objection-handling abilities.

• Comfortable working independently from home with minimal supervision.

• Must have a reliable internet connection, a working laptop/desktop, and a quiet workspace.

• Ability to work day shift hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM IST.

• Previous experience in EdTech or international BPO is a plus.
