Role Description
We are seeking three ultra-ambitious, highly talented App Developers who aspire to make a difference, whether you’re a seasoned professional ready to bring your expertise or an up-and-coming prodigy eager to make your mark. The role begins as a spare-time, trial-based commitment to build the first iteration of our RecoverMyCash app for iOS and Android. This initial team project will focus on integrating off-the-shelf solutions for client processes, such as document submission, digital signatures, and user account management.
These flexible, remote positions start with an equity offer as the primary incentive for successful candidates. Developers who demonstrate dedication, leadership and exceptional skill will unlock further opportunities, including senior roles with remuneration and potential leadership positions up to CTO level. Future projects will involve white-label solutions, AI and ML integration, open banking, blockchain, and more, with the chance to shape our venture’s technological roadmap.
Qualifications
• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Back-End, Front-End, and Full-Stack development, with experience in responsive application design.
• Cross-Platform Development: Familiarity with tools like React Native and Flutter for iOS and Android apps.
• Cybersecurity & Compliance: Ability to implement secure systems that comply with regulations.
• API & CRM Integration: Knowledge of integrating APIs and optimising CRM systems.
• Problem Solving & Innovation: Experience to provide creative solutions to complex challenges.
