Roles and Responsibilities-

• Sourcing the doctor and nurses from various sources like job Portals, Database, references etc.

• Submit qualified candidates to open job requirements

• Handle Documentation and Compliance of Doctor and nurses

• Booking shifts with hospital

• Foster long-term relationships with candidates

• Willing to work on tight deadlines
