Job Description
Domain:- UK Pension and Quality Management.
Experience:- 4 to 8 Years in UK pension with Transition experience.
Shift: UK timings - 12:30 PM to 2:30 AM (+.5 hours window)
Compensation:- Max 7.5 CTC
Work location:- Wipro GDC, Udyog Vihar, Phase - III Gurgaon.
Passport- Should have valid Passport (No scope of onshore opportunity)
Roles:-
·Managing entry-level business counterparts/Client interactions.
·Decision-making & ability to work collaboratively.
Responsibilities:-
·High complex activity processing & approvals basis DOA.
·Works independently to agree on standards and guidelines with a full pantry-level tactical grasp of systems, methods, and applications.
·Participate in daily/weekly reviews with internal/external stakeholders.
·Performance Management – Set performance standards, Help the team meet targets, performance evaluation & corrective actions.
·Ability to perform RCA and derive solutions.
·Drive process improvements, Re-design, and automation across processes
·Engage with internal & external customers with full transparency, timely and meaningfully, and involve Sr. leaders when required.
·Through understanding of standard operating procedures and compliance with local regulations/guidelines.
·Manage referrals on customer queries, provide relevant information, solve disputes, and handle difficult conversations with professionalism and customer obsession.
·Support managers with subject matter expertise & business insights.
·Provide all stakeholders with periodic/ad-hoc reporting.
·Ability to train & coach and provide floor support.
·Excellent communication Skills Mandate.
