What the JOB entails: You would be responsible for providing meaningful insights to city teams in engaging and retaining drivers in the platform through effective communication, in- depth analysis and driver engagement programs.Responsibility :- Be the best bridge between driver-partners and Uncle delivery, responsible for all sorts of communication with driver-partners- Coordinate with the marketing team to set and implement social media and communication campaigns, and be a representative of the company to maintain communication with our partners.- Coordinate with the city driver operations team to Organize and participate in events to build loyalty, community and promote brand awareness.- Manage a team of 4-5 people and be responsible to ensure driver retention through online and offline campaigns- Developing insightful, visually compelling and engaging dashboards that support decision making- Day to day handling with high volume databases- Ensure data is kept up to date and is relevant all the time- Working with multiple stakeholders in the organization, understanding their data/dashboard requirement and delivering on time.- Maintain effective communication with teammates and managers- Demonstrate effective multi project handling skills- Anticipate process issues and proactively escalate/suggest solutions- Identify the training requirements for teams and organize basic analysis trainingWhat We Seek :- Must be curious, proactive and have solution oriented approach- Must want to tell an impactful story with analysis and smart data visualization, not just number crunch.- 3+ years of experience as analyst- Analytical & problem solving skill- Proficient in advance excel, near sheets- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.- Should have managed multiple stakeholders and coordinated with multiple departments- Previous experience in driver/community management or field team recruitment is a plus/advantage.
