About the Position and You:
An extremely rare chance to prove yourself in a top-level Pharmacy management role at Unichem Mangere Medical Pharmacy. This store management position is ideally suited to pharmacist who wants to combine working as a pharmacist with a leadership role . It will complement a well organised individual who can prioritise workloads in the face of significant demands from time, people, customers and suppliers.
The Pharmacy Manager will be responsible for successfully operating one of our stores within the Green Cross Health network. You will be responsible for staff management; financial and operating functions; delivery of exceptional levels of customer service, and dispensary services. Candidates who will be considered for this role should have at least 5 years' experience in a pharmacy environment, and have the following skills and experience.

A NZ-registered pharmacist (or eligible to register)
Confident clinical decision-making and strong communication skills
Disciplined business principles that deliver efficient services.
Exceptional leadership that promotes cross-functional team collaboration, enabling your team to better understand and anticipate both existing and emerging customer needs.
High motivation and the ability to work under pressure against tight time frames.
Experience developing mutually beneficial supplier relationships for long term sustainable growth.
