CLASSIFICATION: Ticket seller/Guest Services/Receptionist

TOTAL REQUIRED: 1 (one) Casual (June 18th - 20th, 2025)

PAY RATE: As per contract

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience with computers and the ability to quickly learn new programs and systems

Dependable, alert, intelligent, capable of learning new skills, and able to follow instructions

Able to remain friendly and cheerful while dealing with the public

Knowledge and experience reconciling and working with money and payment systems

Capable of working in high-pressure situations while dealing with the public

Self-motivated person who can work productively, regardless of supervision

Able to answer phones, write emails, direct messages, and communicate effectively

Able to positively represent Kimberley Alpine Resort

Depending on scheduling needs, high availability to work weekends and/or holidays, and also prepared for working very few hours during slow times

Neat, clean and well-groomed

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

Interest and knowledge of snow sports, such as skiing and snowboarding

Flexible availability for short-notice shifts

Experience with point-of-sale systems
