Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Unit Head - Production located in Kadi. The Unit Head will be responsible for day-to-day production planning, production management, operations management, team management, and budgeting.
Qualifications
• Production Planning and Production Management skills
• Operations Management and Team Management skills
• Budgeting experience
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Experience in the pigments or dyestuff manufacturing industry is a must
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Bsc. / Msc. Chemistry
