We are having openings forChannel Sales Manager Unit sales Manager - Health Insurance
Location: Mumbai / Navi Mumbai / Thane / Pune / Nagpur / Nashik / Aurangabad / Rajkot / Surat / Bilaspur / Raipur / Indore / Bhopal
CTC: Upto 6 Lac + Reimbursements + Incentives
Exp: Min 1year in field sales or 1yr in insurance sales
Purpose of Role:-
• Agency manager will be recruiting advisors, handling the team generating business from them. Achieve sales target in his/ her assigned territory.
• Appointing the sales force team who is already having an IRDA certification.
• Engage, motivate and train the agents to achieve company's targets.
• Continuously review Agency Sales Force performance and their productivity and set new targets.
