Job Description
We are looking for a Unity Developer to join our team, you will be responsible for planning and implementing game functionality, building the game code, identifying bottlenecks, and ensuring the quality of the finished product. You may also be required to build patches and install game updates. The product is still in stealth but you will be working on an open-world game which will be the first of its kind.
To ensure success as a Unity Developer, you should have extensive experience working with Unity and Unity3D software, excellent coding skills, and a good eye for detail. A top-class Unity Developer can visualize, design, and code games that speak directly to the target market.

Responsibilities
• Establishing effective strategy and development pipelines.
• Planning and implementing game functionality
• Transforming design ideas/specifications into functional games.
• Designing and building game codes.
• Identifying and fixing code errors and game bottlenecks.
• Testing game functionality and theme dynamics.
• Ensuring the best performance, quality, and responsiveness of games.
• Designing and building patches and upgrades.
• Design, build and maintain, reusable and reliable code.
• Collaborate closely in a small, nimble, cross-functional team with creatives in an iterative agile environment, providing and receiving regular feedback.
• Proficiency in using version control tools(Git, SVN, Mercurial).
• Proficiency in 3D object editing via programmatically
• Ability to integrate with cross platforms environments (Android, IOS, Web).
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer science, Computer Engineering or a similar discipline
• 2+ years of experience working as a Unity or Unity3D Developer.
• In-depth knowledge of Unity and Unity3D software.
• Knowledge of 3D development and integrated game physics.
• Experience with console and mobile game development.
• Experience with memory and space optimization.
• Knowledge of scripting, animation, session management, and textures.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong competencies in game design patterns, data structures, algorithms, software design, and OOPs.
• Unity development experience using C#
• Experience with Photon or any other multiplayer backend engine is highly desired.
• Experience in developing games for mobile.
• Experience with Analytics and A/B testing.
• Experience to write low-latency communication methods over the network
