Job Description – UNITY Developer
We are looking for a developer with hands-on experience in making games for iOS, Android, and Windows. Must be fluent in programming UI, game mechanics, multiplayer, releasing games in App Store and Play Store, and integrating native plugins in Unity.
Skills
• Experience with Unity and additionally Unreal Engine.
• 4+ years of experience in Unity.
• Proficiency in C#.
• Knowledge of Unity render pipeline and can tweak or create shaders.
• Ability to develop new features from the very beginning to final polishing and quality of life improvements.
• Good knowledge of techniques for analyzing game performance, reducing memory consumption, and minimizing frame time.
• Clear and open communication skills, proactive in discussing issues, blockers, and needs.
• Experience with mobile and console game development.
• Experience optimizing memory and space usage for support of older hardware.
• Ability to constantly learn and stay in touch with evolving game standards and development technologies.
• Experience implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests.
Responsibilities
• Implement game functionality as per communicated design.
• Translate design specifications into a functional game.
• Communicate with other team members to establish an effective pipeline and integrate media assets.
• Design, build and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code.
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to address and mitigate these problems.
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.
