Position Summary
This position will join a collaborative team of programmers and designers of varying experience levels. The Unity programmer will be responsible for developing, testing, and optimizing.
Basic Knowledge of Unity Engine, GUI, object-oriented design principles, and scriptwriting is required.
• Basic Concepts of OOPS, C++, and C#.
• Writing efficient, reusable, and reliable code.
• Ensuring quality of performance and responsiveness of applications.
• Understanding performance Identifying bugs and devising solutions to address issues.
• Collaborating with team members to create, publish, Troubleshoot, and timely resolution of database-related issues.
• Debugs own code and bugs of basic complexity in the rest of the engine.
Qualifications
• Minimum: 2+ years of experience with Unity 3D development.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/IT or other technical field preferred.
• Enthusiasm and desire to work in the game development industry.
• Solid knowledge of C++, and object-oriented development.
• Must be a proactive problem-solver and demonstrate initiative.
• Strong logical reasoning skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Skills Required
• Excellent knowledge of Unity, including experience with scripting, textures, animation, GUI styles, and user session management.
• Familiarity with level design and planning.
• Experience with game physics and particle systems.
• Experience with mobile and console game development.
• Experience optimizing memory and space usage for support of older hardware.
• Ability to constantly learn and stay in touch with evolving game standards and development technologies.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming.
• Familiarity with current design and architectural patterns.
• A knack for writing clean, readable, and easily maintainable code.
