Role-
Must-Have Good verbal/written communications skills and strong interpersonal skills to interact positively and productively with associated computer systems, end-users, and co-workers. Good experience in customer/partner/technical service-related roles Windows Server skills and troubleshooting experience Windows System Deployment and Systems Management knowledge. Must have interest and capability to learn new tools from client and deliver activities Experience with Linux technology and Operations Experience on Linux Administration and server provisioning Familiarity with the fundamentals of Linux scripting languages Detect and troubleshoot system operational and functional issues. Plan and coordinate the installation, testing, and maintenance of LINUX systems Good-to-Have Ability to understand and analyze issues and uses judgment to make decisions. Preparing and reporting technical and presentation documents Planning and managing delivery of all technical/functional testing activities for assigned projects Ensure that all system tests are successfully completed and documented, and all problems are resolved
