As a customer service representative, your key responsibilities will include:
• Handling phone inquiries from current and prospective members regarding airline industry programs.
• Providing accurate and efficient processing of reservations or support work related to mileage redemption, issuing tickets, and modifying schedules.
• Maintaining member accounts whenever there are changes in their profiles.
• Advising on the latest promotions and mechanics, including sending program-related collateral and forms.
• Managing feedback and complaints, liaising with backend support to resolve issues.
• Meeting daily KPI requirements.
• Performing other duties and responsibilities assigned by management to ensure the effective implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our Quality Management System.

To succeed in this role, you will need:
• A GCE 'N' levels certification in any field.
• At least one year of working experience in a contact center, although fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong time management skills and flexibility to work rotating shifts.
• Experience in a customer-centric environment is an added advantage.
