Has a willingness to learn and shows strong initiative
Has previous experience working with children
Possesses basic computer skills and can contribute to learning documentation and planning
Has a genuine love for working with children and being part of a team
Maintains positive, nurturing interactions with all children, providing the highest standard of care
Builds strong relationships with centre families, children, and colleagues
Reflects on and actively applies the centre’s vision and philosophy
Adheres to and implements all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations
Can start as soon as possible
