We are looking for an Unreal Developer to join our team. We are a fast-paced, rapidly growing gaming studios that specialize in designing and developing high quality games.
The Unreal Engine 4/5 Developer will design and develop learning and practicing experiences. The goal is to develop an AAA game with high quality features and functions. The game will be connecting our own Epiko Universe with each other and let users connect and enjoy and have fun with each other in a virtual space.
Our ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing a game for Web2 and Web3 platform. We are looking for someone who is passionate about game and game development and has an aptitude for keeping up with the latest technology trends.
Skills Required:
• 1-2 years of experience in Unreal Engine.
• Strong ability with C++ object-oriented programming language.
• Solid understanding of game design and visual scripting, preferably using UE Blueprints.
• Familiarity with SOLID design principles Design patterns.
• Excellent Debugging Skills.
• Proficiency with Niagara will be a plus.
• Quick Learner, ability to work independently, strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Effective inter-personal skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of clients and staff.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Integrating APIs, Characters and other features in the projects.
• Define project requirements & estimates, ensuring it works within the overall project scope.
• Work with the developers to identify & deliver tasks.
• Up to date on the latest technologies and their capabilities while sharing these advancements with their teams members.
• Ability to propose creative solutions as well as communicate them clearly and effectively well versed with performance and optimization techniques, as well as implementing good practices.
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams and collaborate with internal and client teams.
• Absolute passion for making great games
• Adding features and resolving bugs
