Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Content Development: Create and develop high-quality study materials, question banks, and other educational resources for different subjects/topics as per the UPSC examination syllabus.
Curriculum Design: Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and update the curriculum, ensuring it aligns with the UPSC's examination requirements and reflects current trends and developments in the respective fields.
Research and Analysis: Conduct extensive research on relevant subjects/topics to gather accurate and up-to-date information, ensuring the content's reliability and relevance.
Content Review and Enhancement: Regularly review and update existing study materials and resources, incorporating feedback from candidates, experts, and the examination analysis team to enhance their quality and effectiveness.
Question Bank Development: Create a comprehensive question bank, comprising a variety of question types (multiple-choice, descriptive, case studies, etc.), that accurately reflects the examination pattern, difficulty level, and coverage of the syllabus.
Content Formatting and Organization: Ensure that the developed content is well-structured, properly formatted, and presented in a user-friendly manner to enhance candidates' comprehension and learning experience.
Content Editing and Proofreading: Edit and proofread the content to ensure grammatical accuracy, clarity, and coherence, and eliminate any errors or inconsistencies.
Collaboration and Coordination: Collaborate with subject matter experts, academicians, and other stakeholders to gather inputs, validate content, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of the developed materials.
Content Localization: Adapt the developed content to cater to the needs of candidates from diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds, ensuring inclusivity and accessibility.
Quality Assurance: Ensure the content meets the highest standards of quality, accuracy, and relevance, following the established guidelines and best practices.
Qualifications and Experience:
Having written mains+Interview
Strong subject knowledge and expertise in the respective field(s) of study.
Proven experience in content development, preferably for competitive examinations or educational materials.
Excellent research skills with the ability to gather information from credible sources.
Proficiency in writing clear, concise, and engaging content in English.
Strong editing and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
Familiarity with the UPSC examination pattern, syllabus, and requirements is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in using technology and content development tools.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary: ₹13,744.88 - ₹63,303.17 per month
