• Requirement gathering for web and app development projects.
• Managing a client’s portfolio.
• Understanding & and drafting of Business Proposals.
• Strategizing and formulating processes to generate targeted leads.
• Contacting potential clients through cold calls and emails
• Presenting our company to potential clients and effectively conveying our value proposition
• Identifying client needs and recommending appropriate products/services.
• Proactively seeking new business opportunities in the market
• Generating weekly/monthly/quarterly reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
• Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work on tight deadlines.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Handling customers' pre-sales and post-sales queries.
