Responsibilities:
• Active Bidding: Regularly search for and bid on relevant projects on Upwork, ensuring competitive and compelling proposals.
• Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels, including networking, cold emailing, and social media.
• Client Communication: Build relationships with clients, understand their project requirements, and address their inquiries effectively.
• Proposal Development: Create tailored proposals that highlight your skills, experience, and the value you can offer clients.
• Project Coordination: Collaborate with the project team to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.
Requirements:
• Strong understanding of Upwork's platform and bidding processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in writing persuasive proposals.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Compensation:
• Commission-based compensation: A percentage of the project fee will be shared once the project is successfully completed and payment is received.
