Job Description
Zeta is looking to hire an executive for the Business Operations - Credit Card unit in our offices in Mumbai/Bangalore. This is an entry level position. We are looking for candidates who have relevant experience in credit card operations management.
The candidates should possess experience in credit cards dispute resolution, settlement and reconciliation, Life cycle management and Onboarding.
What will you do
• Zeta is in agreement with HDFC bank to launch a credit card on Zeta Platform. Zeta team would manage the credit card operations on behalf of HDFC Bank. We are looking for candidates having relevant experience and ready to work in a challenging and ever evolving environment.
• Operations Management
• Tracking and resolving on-boarding issues, delivery and dispatch related issues
• Handing dispute and fraud cases on regular basis
• Settlement and reconciliation on credit card transactions
• Life cycle management - Account maintenance, Repayments, Credit balance refund, card closure, etc
• Liaising with Internal stakeholders - Product, Technology and HDFC Bank stakeholders like Operations, Accounts and reconciliation.
What do you need
• Graduate with 1 to 5 yrs strong experience in Operations / Servicing
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Keep customer needs at the forefront of priorities and take relevant action
• MS excel / Google sheet knowledge would be preferred
• Relevant experience in Fintech/Banking domain, more specifically in credit card operations

The 10th largest financial institution in the world by valuation - HDFC Bank - with over 40 million retail Customers, is migrating credit cards, debit cards, deposits, loans, and all of their retail banking from Fiserv and Oracle Flexcube to Zeta over the next four years.
In addition, we are currently migrating a large US issuer with 6m+ cards onto the Zeta Tachyon platform. Also, we are in advanced discussions with various Top issuers with combined card volumes of 25 million+ cards.
