JD: Urban design architect
Job Summary: Seeking a creative and experienced Urban Architect to design, plan, and oversee urban development projects that enhance community living and sustainability. This role combines architectural expertise, urban planning, and real estate knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and Planning: Develop innovative, sustainable designs for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. Conduct site analysis and feasibility studies.
Project Management: Lead projects from concept to execution, coordinating with cross-functional teams. Ensure compliance with timelines, budgets, and regulations.
Community Engagement: Engage with stakeholders and organize public meetings to gather input and foster support.
Sustainability: Integrate green building practices and stay updated with industry trends.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture, Urban Planning, or related field.
Experience: 4-5 years in urban design, architecture, or real estate development with a track record of managing large projects.
Skills: Proficient in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) and GIS tools. Strong understanding of sustainable design and LEED certification. Excellent communication and project management skills.

Work Environment:
