Ready to Shift Gears? Start a New Career Driving with Ritchies â MÄngere Depots
No driving experience? No problem. If youâve got a full Class 1 licence (held for at least 2 years), weâll train you up and get you roadâready for a brand-new career with one of Aotearoaâs leading transport companies.
Weâre launching two brandânew depots in MÄngere, and we need 250 new drivers to join us on this exciting journey. Youâll be part of a major public transport expansion, and we'll be with you every step of the way.
The Opportunity
Weâre offering full-time, secure work on urban public transport routes across South Auckland. Youâll earn while you learn, with full training and support provided to get your Class 2 licence and Passenger (P) endorsement.
Training generally takes around 2â8 weeks and we run onboarding every two weeks, with rolling start dates available as we build our new team over the coming months.

Please note: This role requires the flexibility to work on a 6-day roster, across Monday to Sunday, with shifts starting as early as 4am and finishing as late as 2am. We understand this wonât suit everyone, so itâs important that applicants are comfortable with these hours before applying.

Who We're Looking For
You might be working in retail, warehousing, hospitality, or maybe youâre ready to step into something more reliable. If you:
Hold a Full Clean NZ Class 1 licence (for 2+ years)
Have a good attitude and a clean driving record
Communicate well and enjoy working with people
Are ready for a positive change and a solid career
