Quality Management Supervision of mobile number validation Ensure proper documentation such as KYC checks Credit bureau checks etc.
Through surprise validation checks B.
Recovery Management To monitor monthly productivity norms of the Collection /Managers/Officers at a minimum of Rs.
1 Lac and number of accounts collected.
Responsibility:
Overseeing staff members and ensuring the accurate and timely invoicing of customers.
Setting payment collection goals and targets for the department.
Creating and implementing a strategy to improve the collection of outstanding credit.
Required Skills:
Ability to drive team to perform at targeted level and output
Time / Team Management
Good communication skill
Proactive & focused approach
Ability to communicate fluently in the local language
