Hiring for fresher and experienced customer care associate
CRITERIA;
• Should be fluency in English.
• * should be flexible with shift timing(8 PM to 5 AM)
• * Must be comfortable with office location( salt lake,sector-1)
• * should be computer knowledge.
• * Age should be in between 18 to 30 years.
• * Fresher walkin,but Experienced preferred.
DESIGNATION;
• *CSA
KEY RESPONSIBILITES;
1.Initating calls to us client.
2.provide them with service information.
3.Handling their queries
4.contribute to team through open and reguler communication with supervisors.
SHIFT TIMING ;8 pm to 5am
SALARY- Negotiable
