Electromechanical Technician - Belgium
Role Overview
We are seeking experienced Electromechanical Technicians. In this role, you will perform preventive and curative maintenance and troubleshooting of production machines, infrastructure and utilities, participating in improvement projects and leading small projects and supervise fellow technicians in their growth or in dealing with complex problems.
Your Key Responsibilities will include
• Perform electromechanical maintenance on production equipment independently.
• Able to document work and create technical manuals or instructions when necessary.
• Capable of providing creative solutions in unexpected situations, such as the unavailability of spare parts.
• Interpretation technical plans, drawings, and related documents.
• Experienced in performing preventive maintenance on complex machinery and usage of mechanical tools - spanners, grinding, assemble tools.
• Able to (dis)assemble, overhaul, and adjust devices as needed.
• Capable of maintaining hydraulic tools
• Experience in mechanical measuring equipment.
• Maintaining and working with fine mechanical systems and components- like multimeter, insulation meter and current clamp, oscilloscope.
• Diagnose machine issues during operation and provide both short-term fixes and long-term solutions.
• Lead small projects or request support for larger, complex tasks.
• Work with external suppliers to coordinate maintenance or repairs. Experienced in supervising or training less experienced technicians or external workers.
• Can program or adjust basic control electronics (e.g., frequency drives, PLCs, smart sensors) for simple cases.
Eligibility Criteria
• Education : Bachelors in Electromechanical / Electric engineering.
• Work experience : 4-5 Years
• Age : 25 to 40 Years
• Gender : Male
Compensation and Benefits
• Salary : 2400 Euros / month
• Travel : One- way flight ticket reimbursement
• Lunch vouchers to be provided by the employer / workday worth 4 EUR
