Job Description- Sales- SBI Card (Off roll)

Designation Branch Relationship Executive- Sales and Team Leader- Sales/ BRM / BDE.

Detailed Activities

Deliver monthly Sales Target of Credit Card through Point of Sales mainly Corporate Sales/Metro stations/ open Market/B2B sales/Shopping malls/
Only Sunday will be holiday.
Work Timings will be as per Bank timings ( 10 am Onwards )
Sourcing as per policy rolled out for higher approval rate
Resolve & handle Customer Queries and Complaints
Ensure adherence with store discipline
Daily timely reporting of numbers
*Deserving candidates will be selected as Team Leader/ BRM and will be given team of executives to handle.*

Important Points

1. Bank allocation would be basis the Bank availability and subject to change as per business requirement.

2. Executive need to operate out of Bank also.

3. Reporting at PSA office required for application submission as per requirement

Incentive and Reimbursement

1. Incentive up to 30,000 can be earned on monthly basis on target achievement

Work Experience

1. Relevant credit card or retail sales experience

2. Good communication skills

3. Ability to read & write in English, knowledge of vernacular language will be preferable

Incentive 2000- 30000 (Variable) Educations

1. Minimum qualification is Graduation, Fresher are welcome with good communication and sales driven.

2. Passport is compulsory (Only for Airport profile).
