We are Hiring for BPO Freshers (Excellent Communication Skills in Tamil with English) in Hyderabad Location.
Role : Customer Support
Industry : BPO.
Employment Type :Full Time, Permanent.
Education Qualification- Any Under Graduation/ Graduate.
Work Location: Secunderabad. (Work from Office)
6 Days Working (Rotational Week Off)
Day Rotational Shifts.
• SALARY-
• For Freshers 1.67L
• For Experienced 2L
Note: 10000.00 joining bonus will be provide whoever relocate to Hyderabad (Other states apart from Telangana).
Roles & Responsibilities:
Handling calls related to quires, survey and feedback.
Handling enquiry and service calls.
Have to resolve customer queries over Email and Calls. Have to solve the queries or the problems of the customers.
Eligibility Criteria: -
1. Excellent Communication Skills in Tamil with English.
2. Freshers with excellent communication skills
3. 6 Months experience in Voice Process is considered.
4. Candidate should be willing to work from office.
5. Immediate Joiners preferred.
6.No Transport Facility
