Roles and Responsibility:-Candidate have to handle CV LoanDrive the Teams to achieve the collection performance on daily assigned target.Clear and effective communication to the team complete tasks in a manner to over archiving the strategic goals.Problem solving and decision making- Involve the teambuilding must be comfortable with ensuring result. Setting goals for improvement and development the skills. Have a open-mindedness to understand the teams motivation, dreams and identify the problems.Monthly Review the Agency Owners to identified the RCA for improvement the collection. Ensuring 100% collection against the signed target month on month.Increase the Vehicle REPO and Settlement to achieve the target. Quarterly visited the agency locations to check the process Audit parameters. Co-ordination with the Legal team to processing LRN, Arbitration, DRT, Sarfaesi Act on timeFlow ratesto next BKT needsto be restricted the handling buckets Processing Agency payout and ensure payment are made on time. CRM queries needs to be closed as per the TATassigned
