Job DescriptionProcess Inbound Customer Service Responsibilities Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention. Managelargeamounts of incoming & Outbound phone calls Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Customer Support Executive Requirements:
Excellent interpersonal and oral communication skills Computer skills. HS Passed Language (Any two must Know)
• English , Hindi , , Oriya and Bangoli Fresher or Experience 06 month experience required in BPO industry.
