The initiative involves setting up primary and secondary care services that are easily accessible to patients and are supported by hyper-responsive processes built to keep patient needs and satisfaction at the center of focus. The initiative aims to bridge the gap between Narayana Health’s in-hospital offering and patient’s everyday healthcare needs and provide patients access to a continuum of care tailored to their own specific healthcare needs.
In this role, the Technician will perform routine electrocardiography (ECG), Treadmill Test (TMT), and Echo procedures in the clinic. The incumbent will also provide Holter Monitor hook-ups as needed for patients.
Key Responsibilities:
•Completes lead placement, calibration, and operation of a Holter Monitor.
•Completes electrocardiograph readings on patients as requested.
•Prepares and processes paperwork for electrocardiograph readings forphysician’s review.
•Performs minor maintenance and cleaning of equipment and restockssupplies.
•Maintains accurate logs of patient information regarding electrocardiographreadings; Holter requests; Cardiac studies; and assists in maintaining filingcards and patient folders.
•Prepares and processes billing paperwork.
Operates sophisticated computerized data acquisition equipment used in obtaining electrocardiograms of patients undergoing various stress procedures.
Assists the stress test proctor in monitoring patients throughout the course of the procedure.
Participates in training other Cardiac Technician positions in special procedures.
Performs medical procedures involving a treadmill/bicycle exercise tolerance test, Thallium, Muga, and oxygen consumption stress tests.
What is the profile of the person who will be successful in this role?
Proficiency in verbal communication – English and Kannada/Hindi. Any local language proficiency is an added advantage.
Qualification: Diploma/B.Sc. (Echo Cardiograph).
Qualification – Graduate/Postgraduate.
Experience – 01 year to 2 years.
Demonstrated knowledge of the principles of life span growth and development and the ability to assess data regarding the patient’s status and provide care.
Demonstrated potential ability to perform the essential functions as outlined above.
Able to work accurately and with minimal supervision.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Ability to plan & organize one’s work schedule effectively.

Salary: ₹28,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
