We have an opening for an Education Counselor for a digital marketing institute. The applicants should be a graduate with a good communication skill. We expect the candidates should have a zeal towards sales and marketing, and would love to make efforts for achieving their sales targets to make their clients take admission in higher professional training category. Candidates with prior experience will be preferred, however experience is no bar for right candidates who has that spark, thinking and enthusiastic communication skills and grooming will an add on for selection.
Responsibilities and Duties
Providing counselling to students/clients regarding courses and converting them in admission.
Sourcing out new sales opportunities through making follow-up of inbound lead and through outbound hot calls and emails.
Face to Face and Telephonic counselling to student and professionals.
Closing a sale with self-efforts and skills.
Having Expertise or a zeal to learn all stages of sales process from lead generation to conversion
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Good communication skills over English and Hindi is a must have attribute.
Candidates should be a good listener and expert at presentations.
Candidates with prior digital marketing knowledge and sales experience will be preferred.
Candidates should be able to handle sales pressure.
Minimum experience of 1-3 years in sales a must have factor.
Bachelor’s Degree is must for every candidate.
