Job Responsibility for Air Ticketing GroundStaff in Indigo Airline:
• A Senior Reservations and Ticketing agent will be making and confirming
• Reservations for passengers, and selling tickets for the airlines.
• Assists passengers requiring special assistance to board or depart.
• Assist in controlling cash-flow to ensure that the daily sales report is closed on time on a daily basis.
• Delivering high levels of customer service to passengers and those travelling through the airport.
• Re-routing or re-booking passengers whose flights have been cancelled or delayed.
